Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Your order ships out the same day as it was placed (excluding weekends). Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. You can also call us at (908) 352-5400 for assistance with your order.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order.
PLEASE NOTE:
Once an order has been placed and begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. If you wish to change/cancel the order you must contact customer support (908) 352-5400.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order. You can also call us at (908) 352-5400, and a representative will assist you with your tracking.
If you placed a pallet order you must call for tracking information.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.
If your packages each show a status of "delivered" and you still have not received it, please call (908) 352-5400 and a contact customer service representative will assist you.
I ordered multiple items, but not everything came.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service at (908) 352-5400 for assistance.
Do you do backorders?
  No, we do not offer backordering. We do not place an order online unless the item is within our warehouse.
